Chi hails from Tokyo 🇯🇵, a mother and pianist, based in London since 1998 she has been instructing multiple formats in major private gyms since 2000.
A first generation Fight Klub and GymBox instructor, she has popularised her own punch-kick combo class—CHI FITE. Chi is fully versed in the language of core training with tubes, straps and even towels. A playlist and footwear change later, Chi can chassé and flutter like a butterfly through 60 minutes of CHI AERO—seamlessly and immaculately. Les Mills-qualified, of course, and deeply experienced in all formats since 2000, she has it all in the locker.
Known in London for her technical breadth and precision, and dedication to her fitness career, Chi is a private person sheltered from the limelight. Consistently training private clients towards their goals, she has been an instructor and inspiration to many of her peers.
